CE défi août

Quelle image inspirante et magnifique! Les couleurs sont sublimes et j'ai craqué pour les petites maisons en arrière-plan qui ont été le point de départ de ma création. Je me suis donc amusé à peindre de petites maisons en aquarelle pour me servir de fond.

What an inspiring and beautiful image! The colors are sublime and I fell for the little houses in the background that were the starting point of my creation. So I had fun painting small houses in watercolor to serve me background.

Lindy's august challenge

J'ai été totalement inspiré par ce doux combo de couleurs. Parfait pour aller avec le bleu du lac. La picture a été prise au Saguenay Lac St-Jean lors d'un weekend de pêche. C'était vraiment un endroit magnifique!

I was totally inspired by this sweet color combo. Perfect to fit with this blue lake. 

The picture is taken at Saguenay Lac St-Jean when we go to a fishing weekend. 

It was an amazing place!

Cette fois-ci j'ai décidé d'utiliser un fond avec la couleur du mois et d'ajouter des éléments blancs. J'ai donc appliqué avec une spatule du gesso blanc et par-dessus, du modeling paste et un stencil pour créer des ronds en 3D.

This time, I decided to use the month color background paper and added some white elements. I used gesso and modeling paste with a stencil to made 3d circles.

Anecdote : C'est une photo prise à Ottawa mais pour faire drôle nous avons photographier les lettres à l'envers, Awatto!

Joke : The picture was take at Ottawa and to add more fun, we take in reverse the letters so it make Awatto!
